Anyone into or have a fancy, mechanical, or custom keyboard? Want to show off or geek out over them?

I have two of these bad boys below, but, not my pic. Mine are too funky to post pics of until I clean them up and replace the cables again.

I'm currently shopping around on Ali for parts to build my own custom board though.

Been using this kb pictured below for a week; I think it's a keeper. Bought and returned a Das Keyboard b/c it was just too big. Full sized kbs take up too much desk space and these days I'd rather just plug in a USB number pad when needed.

Decided to go down to 65% size, which is perfect. Got a Keychron K6, but the button placement was ridiculous. Tilde and Delete are buried in layers, but, they have a dedicated key for RGB settings. Stupid. Not to mention, for the price, I was expecting PBT keycaps, not crappy ABS plastic. Returned.

Ultimately decided to go with the RK (Royal Kludge) G68. Ticks all the boxes, PBT caps, USB C wired, 2.4g wireless dongle, and 3 Bluetooth connection capable. I hesitated at first because of the Gateron Brown switches since the Reddit bros say Gat Browns suck, but, I love them. Very nice to type on. Smoother than Cherry MX Brown for sure, and I find that the tactile actuation bump is just as pronounced as the Cherries. Board is hot-swappable too, so if I ever want to swap out the switches with something I find down the road, I can.

Like it so much, I ordered another one to keep at the house while this one stays at the office. Still typing 90-110 wpm, so it def hasn't made me faster, but, I wasn't expecting that. But it's very nice and comfortable and shouldn't be as tiring on my hands and wrists as the stiffer switched boards I'm used to that require 65+ grams of force to actuate.
