Interesting, I got few pair of pants bought in Kapital store before and all of them come with care tag (no price tag), I also got stuffs from Kapital web shop and non of them come with price tag some don’t even have any attachment tag, the only thing come with "Kapital" price tag is the stuffs I bought from authorized retailers that carry Kapital.yes, the staff will remove tags at the register. that's usually the case at most stores
Interesting, my black pair has KAPITAL INC on back pocket tag, I haven’t check my indigo pair yet but the tag is like super hard to read because of the indigo dye, I used to own a pair of sashiko duck fatigue (first pciture) and it also has KAPITAL INC in the tag. It could possibly that your pair from earlier season I used to own a pair of sashiko TH jeans (second picture) constructed with the same fabric that I know for a fact that it predate the century denim, but the tag is also difficult to see.I just got my own pair of Century Carpenters in. They seems to be on the older end, with "CAPITAL INC." on the washtag rather than the updated "KAPITAL INC." Do your century carpenters also have the older washtags, or are they the updated ones?

Yes, haha. I'd been hunting for a pair for a while and scooped it as soon as I saw it.Let me guess it's a size 1 I think I saw the same pair on Japanese online market few weeks ago 🫣
I think so I came across few pairs of earlier possibly sample century denim and they also have the same diamond stitch pattern similar with these sashiko duck fabric pants instead of the honeycomb pattern using in the production century denim released to the public. Maybe @BandannAlmanac can provide some insight about this I believe he was around when Kapital started making century denim stuffs.Yes, haha. I wonder if Kapital was prototyping Century denim by playing around with Sashiko stitched fabrics. Mine is definitely less rigid than the century denim I've previously owned, but it also looks like it's very broken in and has probably been through more than a few washes. I believe "CAPITAL" stopped being used around Kiro's entry into the brand, which was in the early 2000s.
