I'm curious what zeroconspiracy thinks about this. For him, you should start with just one pinky--that is, if your job is worth having.

The only times I've ever had trouble at work, my boss was female and, both instances, the problems went away when she was replaced by somebody with managerial skill. My upcomming job is going to be under a woman who is 55 and single.

^ seriously, once you know how women work, then adjust accordingly.

I remember my OBGYN rotations (and to a lesser extent pediatrics), because it was a place that was 95% female. This meant every day there was some estrogen battle resulting in women crying, back biting, total uncomfortableness.

but you know what, once you know how the women operate you can manipulate it to your advantage. any of the male OBGYN residents and consultants were treated like male lions, did less but more important work, were never involved in the bitchiness, and were allowed to be males.

mind you this is the heterosexual men, the homosexual men ended up being just one of the girls. but i've got to say all the gay bosses i've had were actually very cool.
