1) I've been fired several times. Each time I ended up in a much better position. It'll happen to you.

2) There is no loyalty from companies. You can work for them - and you think you are appreciated - but then... after 7 years... see ya.

3) Work for yourself. Why let others make money off you? Get it all for yourself.

Sorry to hear that. I guess I have nothing but best wishes to offer. I'm going through a rough patch myself, so I know life can be awfully hard sometimes. Hang in there, and everything will work out somehow.

you'll do fine. sorry to hear about it. best of luck ive been there being unemployed but it wasnt all that bad. had opportunity to do somethings i couldnt do due to work. enjoy the time between jobs.

In all seriousness, good companies are hiring good people right now, so if you are well-scrubbed, there are opportunities. Maybe not in abundance, but they are out there.
