I personally would say yes. These two washes are the only two pairs of JE denim that I’ve sized up in. The waist is slightly loose but hips/legs are nice and slim.
2 best fitting pairs of JE denim imo. Perfect taper off the rack.

I bought the Nimbus on drop day before the sizing up suggestion was added, so they're a bit slimmer than my Dillons. They fit well enough to keep though.

I still maintain that Dillon Indigo is the goat JE denim. Tempted to double up on them since I've seen them on sale recently.

Idk about that? I wish I sized down on my nimbus, for the waist, like I did on the Vintage springs. But mine are the original nimbus, not sure if they changed anything when they did the recent restock.

It just kind of naturally came up yesterday. However, in case you're still curious, on my Nimbus, I sized down to a 30 from a 31 in Springs and Carbons just because I have gotten in summer shape recently and thought I'd give it a go to see the difference and they fit perfectly and make my other denim feel super baggy and slouchy. And since people are sizing up in the Nimbus, now I'm wondering if I need 29s. I'm all kinds of confused haha.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
