I think you could size down at least 1, but if you like the fit that's really all that matters

Dillon Blacks came in. Absolutely adore them as much as my Indigo pair. The blacks feel a bit stretchier than the Indigo though, which isn’t a bad thing.

Got the Coast 2 in today. Overall very pleased. The text on the tag with washing instructions and details is very faint, probably a defect. First I styled it with vandals and my Mercer Tee I cut up personally. Later I added the Bogota Bomber I'll be returning as it's a size medium and I'm a small in JE tops. I love the bomber - it fits alright but the arms are too baggy.

For those of you saying the Coast 2 and Spring are practically the same and interchangeable - I disagree. The Springs are a way lighter wash that can be styled totally differently from the medium indigo Coasts. Both serve a different purpose.

Also, it appears that the Coast 2's are mainlime - contrary to what someone on the forum stated previously.

I agree. Springs are a lot lighter in wash. Did you find that the coast2 fit a little lose compared to Springs. Mine are but still fit really great.

Well when I ordered my Springs they were the first of the "new cut" - as I was unaware of this I ordered them in size 28; my normal JE denim size before the new cut. They were just too tight for me so I had to sell them. Getting my foot through the hem was almost impossible. But once I did they were just toooo tight. So now I'm a size 29 in the updated cut. My Nero's (old cut) are size 28 and they fit just fine. The only pairs I own are Nero's (old cut 28), Plumas (old cut 29 [which are a tiny bit looser in the thighs/waist but still fit great]), Dillon Indigo (30, sized up as recommended.. fit fine but the waist is even more loose than the plumas and the back rise is a little baggy). With the Coast 2's I honestly think they feel the same as most of the Cast 2's in the updated cut. But I just got them so they may stretch out..

PS: When I contacted JE customer service the guy stated the the Coast 2's fit the exact same as the Springs in the updated cut.

I'm close to returning this Bogota Bomber in size medium as I'm a small. But I'm not 100% sure yet..
