JE everything except jeans: Just got my para/bolivia in! I haven't seen anyone pair the slate versions - not as eye catching as the alpine combo but I still dig it

Mannn now I really want to find an alpine Parachute. All the recent talk about it has made me curious. Are both jackets the same size? Would you recommend sizing up on the Parachute?

Ya they're both M which is TTS for me. The alpine para/bolivia was my fav fit from the S8 runway - you just have to get the para if you have an alpine bolivia IMO

Had the same feeling when the shashikos first dropped, but I decided to get the cropped when it went on sale for Black Friday. Loved it so much I started hunting down the Slate extended and finally just copped it for a great price. They're by far my favorite shirts (Grails In my Opinion).

I'm done more than likely for this season but I'm curious to see the technical aspect of it. I like the other jacket better but not the random designs on it

It's cool that John is experimenting. He has to. Keeps it moving forward.

But.

I would have liked a few hoodies for the cooler weather. But he is ignoring the basics. When will he release some colors in the dual flash? What about the Escobar? Will he release a royal blue dual flash in July? When only customers in Alaska will be wearing hoodies? Bizzare.

Below are a few pictures of the Simon Miller's I posted about after I returned my Siena's a week ago. These are after wearing for a week and blowing both the knees out more.

Should I get these tapered from the knee down? The blowouts just feel huge behind my knee. They are still very fitted in the top block like my JE denim but knee down has loosed up a little with wear, as they are 100% Japanese cotton. I haven't had blown out denim altered, only my Springs from the OG fit that were a size bigger than I wear now.

Haha. I think JE knows that those less neutral colors don't sell well. I know most of us wouldn't wear escobars in any of this seasons colors. Same with flash duals. the maroon from last season would have been nice in a flash dual. But for the sake of the few that would wear a flash dual or escobars in the seasonal colors--JE should produce a very limited qty.
