Got confirmation, my midnight villain is coming tuesday! so excited. Have been wearing my original grey one a lot recently. Might pick up an olive mercer and co-mix grey crewneck once my tax refund comes in lol

Ive been waiting for a garment dyed (or sulphur dyed or just "pre-faded") olive escobar since the beginning. Aside from black and grey it just seems like the perfect cw for them.

sizing on M rue vs a M villain? help because the dimensions show the rue being longer etc

It's the same. Not sure why it seems so diff on the size chart. I wondered the same thing but i own both and can say the fit is the same so take the same sz as you would in the villain. If it's longer it's just because of the diff hemline, it isnt anything drastic though.

If you wear a M villain, I'd recommend L rue. M rue felt so small and didn't feel right on.
seriously?? i was thinking the opposite im a L villain and was gonna go M rue because of the length and chest but ill take ur word. In all honestly is it worth the $200 price point? (including discount code)

I personally didnt think it was, which is why i returned. The material on the inside of the pocket felt cheap, and the chest zip basically cant fit anything. I would go with another villain if you are looking for a midnight piece.

Just my two cents. If you dont like it you can always return it. Low risk

I have the midnight rue in medium (I'm medium in all of my JE gear) and was shocked at how much I like the silhouette (btw, there is a two tone rue coming out in fall). It gives the impression, to me, of a more "athletic" looking piece. To each their own though
