For anyone who are interested.. Here's a pair of 180 loafer in Black calfskin, size 8D(Weston size). Wore ~10 times and sadly runs a little small for me. I have both, if taking the same size it will be quite a squeeze, that's my case because no half size available from Mr porter. But If I were you I will definitely take 1/2 size bigger than 180. Also the width system is different for Golf, 180 D width is suppose to be Golf E width. So, if you are having 180 as 6D , the suggested size from J.M. Weston will be a 6 1/2 E.

That would be about right, besides I think most of the retailer only have stock in D width
