Does anyone know which model of Taos these are?
One of our reviewers recently reviewed the Malloch's Seaweed Newman Roll Neck Jumper. Check out his thoughts on this modern contemporary version of the British submariner jumper here.

Appreciate this since I likely would have been interested if I saw them relisted. Good lookin' out.Heads up for you guys. Those Fellini Agar on eBay were oxidized like crazy with the metal. Sending them back, he’s already accepted the return. Obviously left outside or abused. If you see them pop up again, be aware of this, as the pics are edited to completely hide this.
Was it also the internal wirecore or just the spearheads?Heads up for you guys. Those Fellini Agar on eBay were oxidized like crazy with the metal. The entire wirecore. Incredibly green all over, bizarreWas it also the internal wirecore or just the spearheads?
Wowsers! Can you share any pics, I'd be keen to see that. The entire wirecore. Incredibly green all over, bizarre
Here’s one side, the other side was even worse. Also it’s hard to tell in that picture but there’s green all where the ‘dark areas’ are which look like staining.Wowsers! Can you share any pics, I'd be keen to see that.
I put green in my Havana 4 Molinos. For those that have gotten transition lenses with tortoise-y frames (argyle, agar, havana, etc), what color lens did you go with? Seems like amber is a safe choice but wondering if folks have had good results with others as well.
That is indeed disappointing. I've only really seen this kind of patina on older vintage frames. Lucky for you the seller accepted the return. Here’s one side, the other side was even worse. It wasn’t something small and obviously moisture/water was trapped. I’ve used JMM in extremely humid environments and never had this though, I think it was some lack of care from the original owner.
I rather like everything, so it’s hard to pin me down. I think I could pull off the gold, but I am not particularly fond of it. I think perhaps the Agar, Argyle or a Noir. I think it is a flattering silhouette in just about every color. have you one you would recommend?
