Is there a Twitter live text-to-speech site/program?

Anyone know if something like this exists? I have googled a bit but mostly just find peoples suggestions for how to live tweet a speech.

I am looking something that will read tweets outloud whenever they are posted (in their full stephan hawking glory).

I am following something with updates posted every couple minutes but I am also doing some housework so it would be nice if it would read them outloud and I didn't have to keep checking.
