I remember this coming up earlier in the thread, but I don't remember seeing a confirmation. Do we know for a fact that they're doing some knitting in India now? That, and that Inverallan has been knitted in Scotland for decades (centuries?) and Strathtay is knitted at least partly in India- not exactly a country known for their warm Aran knits.
Mine just got shipped and I got a tracking number. Not really happy about UPS either.
Where can you get a kanata sweater? I looked at some online and really liked the looks of them. What are they like in terms of quality and thickness?
******* ups guy came today to extort money for my package he's holding hostage, **** this ****.
Kanata's biggest market is Japan. The best way to get them is off of Rakuten (or maybe yahoo japan auctions). Some of the Rakuten shops will ship internationally for the others you will have to proxy.
Four Horsemen's sweaters were at some point made by Kanata, not sure whether that is still the case. In other years the FH ones were made by Granted, another canadian company that makes similar sweaters. THey actually have a webshop you can order from directly.
