Inis Meain Birdseye Crewneck Sweater, Brand New, Size Medium

I picked this up final sale and the fit is a little off for me. Amazing color. Sold out in this size most everywhere.

Copy from No Man Walks Alone:

  • One of Inis Meain's original modern designs, the birdseye sweater has become a star in the maker's line-up. Beautiful contrast of colors and yarn textures between background and linen overstitch
  • 50% merino wool, 20% cashmere, 30% linen
  • Brown merino/cashmere background with grey linen stitched patterns
  • Knit and hand-linked on the Aran island of Inis Meain, Ireland

$175*/shipped in the US. Add $10 for Canada. $15 for Europe.
PayPal only. PM w/ any questions.

*Would trade for a Filson Briefcase in new or like new condition (Style #256)

Hmm, well, it is nice :) What's off about the fit? I find it a bit of a crap shoot between getting an IM knit that fits slimmer and long enough and one that is short and super boxy.

@zissou It's my first try w/ them. I love the material, but it's a touch short in the body for me at 6'3". The arms are a little short, but that's not a huge deal, but together w/ the body it's just not gonna work.

I'd be tempted to just keep it, but my wife thinks it looks too small, so that sort of seals it.

If you could give me the measurements, I'll compare to another IM knit I have. With the linen birdseye, it's not likely to stretch like a typical merino/cashmere knit.
