as far as I know, none of the bespoke who venture to RTW make their own stuff, just not economical. I thought you MTO some husband paris, their armhole is quite high.

I guess your arm is just a lot more buff than most

I did order a H. MTM last summer in Paris, and the jacket was based on a H. size 58. It was tight in the store, but I know what my tailor can do and so I thought it would be OK for me once he worked on it, and he did do a masterful job, but the armhole/blade area is still tight as are the arms. I wanted to order another H. MTM, but I am going to wait until wifey and I are in Paris next year and I am going to try on a 60 and see how that feels. I am not optimistic about a 60 because the try on template will be (obviously) way too long. I have had good luck, mostly, with ordering what fits best (excluding the upper arms/blades) and then just having those areas eased out. Next time, I am going to try it the other way around.

By the way, I am not an athletic person, and if my brother heard you refer to me as buff he'd laugh till he cried. It's a proportion issue.

EU60? I think most store I visit tops out at like US46/48 (so EU56/58) for RTW if not smaller. I can see pattern gets screwed up at the bigger size when they scale it

I do recall Gautier mentioning a 60, but I could be wrong. Maybe I can widen the sleeves on the jacket. Not much fabric there, though.
