I'm at the point where I'm losing sleep over this. Calling property mgmt. in a few minutes to give them the skinny. Honestly, I kind of want to just move out.

My Apt in Rio is infested with them. If you leave a half filled cup of coffee out at night they will sometimes crawl up the side and fall in and drown. I have had to break myself of the habit of microwaving that last bit of coffee from the night before and drinking it while I wait for a new batch to brew. After one particularly hair raising early morning incident it was an easy habit to break.

Insects are our friends. You need to get to know them. Have you tried talking to them? You might find you have more than a little in common.

Just eat the damn things and get over it.

And it's not borax you spread around the house it's boric acid. It'll kill any insect that touches it.

Exterminator coming on Wednesday. I've instructed them to go nuts and use the most powerful stuff.

Had this happen with a coke when I was a child.

I had been drinking it in a glass outside, put it in the fridge, drank it the next morning and dropped the glass when the wing hit my lip. I seriously just shivered remembering it.
