Go buy the First Four Years album and a six-pack. Crank the volume. ******* rock out in your dorm room. Repeat if necessary.

For me it was Minor Threat, but whatever floats your turtle.

Taking tomorrow off from work to write an essay that is due in the evening. Tonight, I am just going to take it easy. Too stressed for my own good.

Exercise, it will release endorphins and make you feel better. When I have an anxiety attack or depression I like to run a few miles or play racquetball if I can. I'd advice not using any benzodiazepines, I made that mistake when I was younger and they are very addictive and a ***** to withdraw from.

They would both certainly help in Conne's situation. Black Flag is good because it would simply smash through everything, clearing the frustrations. I found Minor Threat to have a little more substance. Something to help build on the rubble of Black Flag.

Either way, early 1980s hardcore is your friend.
