…what's not manly about comforting someone who is crying asking for forgiveness?

The first time? Nothing. After "we've had this fight countless times," everything.

I'm fine with my gf, but every time I visit this thread, I think about breaking up. What's wrong with me?

Peer pressure or just lack of trust in the foundations of your current relationship..

Take every relationship as a learning curve...

Follow your heart without disconnecting it from your head..

I have a serious problem with wanting what I can't have.

Saw the ex today, we boned, then talked... somehow it ended with both of us in tears, her admitting she's starting to date someone else, and us realizing we could never be. I felt something I haven't felt in the longest time ever- serious heartache... Then I left her apartment and felt pretty okay. This isn't normal is it?

It's normal, just don't do it again.

take a day. drink yourself into oblivion. then wake up the next day, puke, lay around on the couch nursing your hangover.

the day after that, go out and start doing ****. sign up for online dating. go hang out at whole foods and look at all the other hot bitches you can date. sign up for a class. do whatever you have to do to distance yourself from this broad.

and for the love of god, DO NOT BANG HER AGAIN.

What exactly is the problem? It seems pretty clear you both have strong feelings for one another. Don't need to complicate things. Be with her.

I'm tired of being a man. We have had this fight countless times. They always end up with vows of us trying harder next time. I just think, fundamentally, we are two different people.
You mean you aren't just having a wank?
