I felt the same way- funny timing too.First drop of the new collection is out. Was very surprised to see it as there wasn't even a look book, only a couple story posts on IG for the past couple days. I picked up the black crackled patent belt and ebony buckle boots. Will probably go back for the sharkskin suit if it is available after Christmas.
Also reposting this old photo from a Japanese buyer's IG. This brown velvet blazer is great - I hope it gets released sometime next year.
I asked them on IG a while ago if they were going to restock the blue, white and limestone boy scout shirts from the previous spring collection and was told they were going to, but didn't have an exact date yet. I assume they'll come back in this new collection, along with that pink/lavender color as well.I felt the same way- funny timing too.
Ditto on that brown blazer. Some of the shirts they used for the styling look appealing. I’ve missed out on the Boy Scout shirts in the past…
I assume they didn't do a look book because it's pre-Spring and not the actual Spring. I also don't really get why Husbands makes so many suits in black: the black fresco, black velvet, black DB with stripes, black DB with notch lapel, the black polywool (in Spring!!), et al. I love black as much as the next guy, but give it a rest!First drop of the new collection is out. That is correct. The tagged (i.e. French) size is in cm, rather than inches. So 52 * 2 = 104/2.54 = ~41 in. The same goes for the pants. I think the reason this confused me so much was because a lot of places sold pants separate from jackets (or they had no corresponding jacket), so you either had to look at the measured waist or go by the drop 8 rule (but that only works relative to the jacket size).so a tagged 52 jacket is 42 chest and tagged 44 pants are 34 waist?
just checking i'm not doing it wrong.
ssense always confused me on their sizing (their sizing is based on the traditional jacket size?)
The black one is vintage but everything else is from husbands so figured I'd include itdidn't even realize they have released that many DB coat
