How often are 36S/38S high-quality staple suits/jackets sold on B&S?

you will have much better chance with BB, I picked up a solid dark gery 36R in Milano cut just 2 weeks ago in the Madison store. You can find RLBL in 38/36 if you get it earlier (i.e. 30% off, not 50% off), or you can just get lucky. I got my RLBL for <400 including shipping back in 08.
