5' 5", 140lbs. Even with maybe five pounds more LMM on me, I think 135 would be my grail bod. Workin' on it.

5'8.5", 186 Lbs

Just went for a check-up and found out I'm 194 lbs, Some of that is belly fat, but I've started walking again (haven't walked much at all in the last 6 months) so hopefully I can get trimmed down a little bit.

5'8", 147lb.
I recently dropped about 11lbs due to change in diet and increased exercise.
I'm trying to be a lean mofo.

And tagut is a *****.

Sorry I don't have that much-coveted asian schoolgirl physique. :(

No ****, man. I am 6", 205 pounds. Some of these guys saying that they weigh 145 and want to lose 10 pounds? Jesus.

Can't run around a court built like a panda, brah.

150-160lb should be perfect range for me. In the middle of transitioning. Eventually put that weight back on in muscle.

Per Dr.'s orders I've been laying off the gym for the last 3 weeks. Goal is a lean 192-195#. Should get there by the end of March, maybe early April.

5'7 or 5'8 can't remember and 143 lbs as of this afternoon :embar:
But... I'm also making some progress. Three months ago I was 135. Ideally would like be around 160.

Three months later... I'm 158/159. Closing in on 160.

Put on decent amount of fat as well, not too bothered so long as I continue to make gains in lifts (or at the very least, maintain)
