6'1", 145 lbs, 4.5% BF.

Used to be disgustingly skinny. Put on some muscle over the years. Still skinny, but toned and bigger. Goal weight is 160-175 lbs, depending on bf %.

5'11.5" and 215#. I'm an old man but still sporting a 48" chest and 38" waist now. I'm also happy as hell and carry a 10' tall attitude :)

6'6" and around 210.

Dropped a good 15 pounds in the last few months, but my goal is to get closer to 200. One nice thing about being tall is you can gain 10 to 15 pounds and no one will really notice.

5' 7" about 180 pounds. Dropped about 15 past 6 months, planning to drop another 15 in the next few months. Main issue is I work out for a few months. Stop. Muscle turns to fat, then redo.

5'6", 138lbs. Just benched 245lbs the other day and threw up 3 bench press reps with 90lb dumbbells. Going heavy really does a number on my 45 year old joints though.. going to back off to the 75 and 80lb dumbbells and increase the reps. Much easier on the joints that way... :)

Hugh +1 to the joints. I honestly do not do much weight lifting anymore, but even when I was still doing a couple work outs a week, I refused to indulge in heavy/max reps. If there was one thing 40-something me would like to tell teenage/early 20s me is, your joints would appreciate if you did not participate as much in the age old dick wagging of max weights.

Bout 5'4 145. Abs always as my metabolism eats any extra calories quickly. Been up to 155 with abs. Started at 125lbs.

It's true man. In high school I was like 175 with almost no body fat, then I got real fat, now I'm somewhat back to a muscle / fat mix...

cool story bro, always hate it when my muscle cells evolve into fat cells and completely change there chemical make up.

We've got some seriously skinny tall guys. I'm 6'1" and I can't imagine dipping below 185-190, yet it seems like lots of people here are 20-30lbs below that...

6'5", 175lb, runner.

I can't imagine being any skinnier, and I wish I were bigger just so that I could find clothing that fit me...
