As you can see I'm very happy with my new summer suit - a wool/mohair mix. Unconstructed and no lining. Perfect for the hotter days that are coming. The shoes are also new and will probably see a lot of sun in the coming months.

Suit - Belvest
Shirt - Kamakura
Tie- Drake's of London
Square - A.Christensen
Shoes - C&J Harvard - dark brown shell cordovan.

I'm not a fan of unstructured, unlined jackets, but this one seems to have pretty decent shape. It looks good on you! Definitely a thumb!

Thank you. It's really comfortable too. Light, airy and with a good amount of strech. I got a second summer suit at the same time. Same construction and maker but in a beige herringbone - cotton/silk mix. So now I'm ready for summer.

Winter might be coming on HBO, but it sure as hell been leaving South of France for a few weeks. Thus, this is a kind of farewell to my winter wardrobe.

Goodbye Flannel, tweed and Cashmere! You shall be missed!

Despite the fact that you are wearing an orphaned suit jacket with odd trousers (which is a huge fail)...this is nonetheless the best outfit you have mustered to date.

Job interview suit.

I think the buttoning point on the jacket is a little too high, in my opinion. It might also be having the effect of making the jacket appear too tight (or the jacket might actually be too tight). Otherwise, that's a good, conservative fit.

Thanks for the feedback from my first post and I definitely agree that a pop of color would help that outfit. It seems like the Hudson's chest pocket is really small, plus I don't have many pocket squares that I think would work well with it. I hope my second fit is as well-received!

Seeing (and feeling) the X in this jacket is really reminding me that I need to stop skipping the gym lol
