Nice. Did you get a standard or large pocket square?

This one is the standard 13". Large might have been a better choice.

If it's a 13" square, Col is a fu*king #menswear god. I have enough trouble getting my 17" Silk squares (not just a KW thing by any means) to stay put lol

Note: also highly recommend the Mario. Badass square, and versatile indeed.

Haha the trick is to stay in my #menswear pose all day

An Entire Person (and a maneki-neko) picture.....

......and a Piece-Of-A-Person (and a cookie) picture.

Obscure men's style fact:

When you wear your pocket watch attached to a lapel strap or chain, every time you take your watch out of your pocket to see the time and then put it back into your pocket, it rearranges your pocket square. Any bizarre comments about how my pocket square looks should be addressed to my lapel watch strap, not to me.

Brooks Brothers jacket and blue gingham PPBD shirt, Land's End tie, generic pocket square, Lyle & Scott Fair Isle sweater vest, Orvis cord trousers, and Allen-Edmonds khaki grain McTavishes.

Extra added points question:

Are there more layers in the cookie than the number of patterns I'm wearing?

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
