Help finding a coat?

I ran a few searches across the forum, but couldn't find anything too helpful: I'm skinny, tall guy (6'1", 145lb, jacket size would be 36l if I could ever find it) and I like clothes that fit slim. Recently, I've been looking for a very plain, fairly light wool coat to wear during the fall (I live in North Carolina and it hasn't been getting cold enough to warrant my pea coat). I'm looking for something along the lines of Express' "Short Wool Coat": http://tinyurl.com/ygwv7hg (sorry, I can't find a picture I can post here), but it doesn't quite fit right, so I'm looking for other options. Hey I hear ya! I'm 6'6", 215 lb, tall and lanky. I'm looking for a couple of coats. I have my eyes on a Crombie military coat and covert coat, and also a Barbour trenchcoat. Any experiences on these brands, or other good brands for us towering lads?
