Have anyone who owns the Tavistock experienced any problems with your pair? I tried to do the MTO from the website a week or so ago with no luck. I just bought a pair second hand today. A few hours later I received an email from G&G stating my MTO could not be offered due to a design issue, and that they are now redesigning for a launch soon.

They discounted travistock & the problem that was happening was with gents with higher instep getting there feet in & out etc so they fixed the issue & they are making Jodhpur 2 which you get can get via mto..

I confirm what @TtownMD said above (issue for relatively high instep Gentlemen) and I am waiting for my Tavistock 2 in the coming weeks - Anxious :)

I am new to G&G. I am thinking of going out on a limb and buying online some G&G shoes that I will not be able to return. but I am wondering about the last. It is the MH-71. Is it generous, TTS, or narrow? I wear a 10.5UK in the EG 202. Is there reason to believe the 10.5 in this last will fit me?

Thanks in advance.

Hmmm. This gent as a high instep and it is a piece of cake getting into the Tavistock. Much moreso than the Burnham.
