Has anyone used Frank Rostron of Manchester, England?

He seems to visit USA regularly, and I recall reading a profile about him years ago in GQ or another magazine.

I did, a long, long time ago. The shirts were OK, nothing too great, but a decent price. Double needle unless you ask for single (at least, that was the case way back when). Fit a bit loose, and the collars a bit low. A rather typical English shirt.
