No. If anything, I'd open up the rules on aero with the exception of wings, which would be FIA-spec and nearly aero-neutral. This would retain the billboard for sponsors but take them out of the equation.

That's sensible. Introduce standardized wings similar to the ECU's.

IMO, allow ground effects, you'd actually increase the cornering speeds by quite alot and eliminate the "dirty air" problem that ***** up the passing ability of modern cars.

He's better than a rent-a-ride driver, but I think he overestimates his ability and importance.

Why not have it in Marks car as well?

Maybe because he's leaving at the end of the season?

They've certainly invented something ground breaking.

I think because Webber would leak it.

I have a feeling they are dropping 2 cylinders at exit for a programmed period when getting on the gas. I don't know the rule well enough to know if this was considered traction control, or whether it has to have an active component. Otherwise they are using KERS, maybe harvesting on exit or something else strange.

One thing is for sure, on that video, that engine makes a very odd sound on turn exit and Vettel was on the gas WAY earlier than anyone else.

This is very new because he would have been dominant at Monaco otherwise.

A win would have been nice, but a solid drive. Pretty awesome comeback for Vettel, though. The pass on Grosjean was critical.

Awesome race. I saw INDFL's post before I caught the race on DVR and was hoping for a Grosjean win but great race and result for him. Overall, I'm also really happy with much of the top 10 finishing positions - particularly Sauber getting a solid heap of points, then Alonso [barely] keeping his WDC hopes alive. Lotus is now in the hunt for p2 in the WCC (since it looks like they have a leg up on Ferrari and Mercedes (for now)). Force India and Sauber are neck and neck for p6. Not sure which team I'd rather see higher in the WCC...
