Incidentally, what you are looking for is a knife slip. A sheath is for a fixed blade. If you say sheath, for sure you will confuse the maker.

Any number of leather workers could make you a simple slip to carry your Sabenza. I’d recommend Wyatt from Dreadnought. He's done work for me in the past and it was outstanding. Great pricing too.
