There are a few random sizes of Yohji shoes, among some other great stuff on Totokaelo. I picked up these in a 4 and the guy said they fit about like a US10, so here's hoping.

To you and those who are always waiting and hoping it'll hit the sales section (more prominent on NT I guess, keep seeing regrets over for passing up on a pair), if you really want the shoes, just call the Balenciaga boutique, have the SA reserve your pairs (pay up front?) and they will call you when they are in.
