I was aware of the Nuovo and Dartmouth, but not aware of the Sutton. Link to fit / size chart?

Also, I'd like to publicly praise Mike inasmuch as I've seen critical posts creeping into the thread over the last few months about response times, emails, etc. I had otherwise been hesitant to post anything. We had been having some roundabout issues with the factory and sizing on a longstanding order, and the shipment recently arrived. The finished products were fantastic. He was patient and understanding through the entirety of the situation, and conveyed well that his only priority was my satisfaction with the finished garments. I am thoroughly appreciative of his efforts, and he continues to demonstrate why EP is my first (and often only) stop for menswear. The man genuinely cares about his customers; at no point did I feel like I and my problems were a nuisance to him. Thank you for everything, Mike.

The number of balls Mike juggles and still manages to be as accessible as he is consistently amazes me.

100% agree. I’m still waiting on final email confirmation from @Epaulet but I’ve been working with them for a while on an issue...I never received my jacket from the last round of Southwick’s one-off promo back in February. The factory said they shipped it, but it never showed up on my doorstep. It’s looks like they’re going to make me a new jacket with a fabric from the current offerings, which is just amazing customer service on their part. Hopefully I’ll get the confirmation on that soon.

Hi Mike. Will the leftover Southwick fabrics be available for trousers? If so, any idea when that will be?

Thank you so much for all of the kind words guys, I can't tell you how much it means to me. A lot of you have been extremely patient -- way more than was warranted -- about delays and mistakes, and I'm truly grateful for it.

It's been an eventful 2019... to say the least. But we're under new management in every possible way, and this Fall, you can expect to see better work from us than what you've ever seen before. Adele has moved on to new ventures, and it's allowing me to focus much more on what we do best. I have a new employee, new outside contractors, and a new office space. You're going to see better products, more robust custom offerings, trunk shows, faster service, and move overall transparency.

After 11 years of this business, it's clear that the two most important things are (1) the customers and (2) the artisans who make our goods. It's a privilege to outfit you guys in clothing that you wear and love. And our business -- which is solely empowered by you guys -- provides very real and sustainable jobs to people in Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. This is where we need to focus and these are the stories that we need to tell.

Thank you as always... we're going to keep rocking and rolling!

There's more Epaulet in my closet than any other brand for a reason.
This.

Mike has really opened my eyes about fabric, color and design in a way that I'm not sure I would have ever achieved otherwise. His openness and this thread have been incredibly helpful and interesting. I've embraced a lot over the last few years, and appreciate and understand so much more of what I see out there than I ever have before.

The rest of y'all around here aren't bad either... ;)
