I'm also a 8.5 Barrie but the the width is pretty snug. Should a 9 also work for me? How's the width on the full court high?

I ordered the full court high in gold sz 9.5 and wondering if I should change to a 9.

@JayDotz the Full Court has a wider last than the Tennis and such. If you can wear a 8.5D in Barrie, then I think you'll be fine with a 9 Full Court. It will also break in on the width in a way that an Alden never will.

@Epaulet Sorry if this was addressed earlier, but should all the FF jackets/suit orders be completed by now? I received my first two suits almost immediately. My third order though that I submitted shortly after the first 2 hasn't been updated and it has been a while now. No rush, but I just want to make sure it didn't get lost or something.... Thanks!

Also, when can we expect the recent EFF trousers? Can't wait for the linen ones I ordered - it is hitting 70s and I can't wait to get them in!

Weekender Bags


Hey guys,

We're about two more weeks out before the actual Saffiano leather bag samples arrived, but I wanted to post some previews of the shapes. Check it out:

This is the full-size weekender. It will be made in all-leather, not the leather and textile combo shown. The sides can be pulled up to give you full access to the bag's interior. And it will have a removable shoulder strap.



This is the Gym Bag. It's taller and shorter. Really old school! It has thick padded handles but will not include a shoulder strap. It won't have that center seam that you see. Both this and the weekend bag will come with a padlock and leather lock cover



The plan is to offer this in three colors of Saffiano leather: Black, Dark Brown, and Cognac. I believe that we'll be able to offer a choice of hardware too, at least either nickel or brass. Not sure of pricing just yet, but it's going to be very competitive. So if you're in the market for a new bag, give me a couple of weeks - I think that these are going to be mind-blowing.
