Can anyone comment on the suede blouson fit/sizing?  I'd like to get one, but they're on final sale and I've never worn Epaulet before.  I wear a 38R suit jacket, but the measurements for the size 38 blouson seem rather small.
How do you want to wear it? I went 38/38 and it has a nice slim look on me. I couldn't layer it much but it fits fine.

I am also a 38R and the blouson in 38 was just a tad too small for me. it fit but no room for anything and it just did not look as good as it could be. I give it to my dad who is a few inches shorter then me and it looked better on him. I just don't think this jacket should be very fit.

My Individualized order came in today:

Got the blue end-on-end with a fashion spread collar, and the Dusty Pink Linen with Buttondown Collar

700

Both came out gorgeous. I'm really impressed with the turnaround as well.

Also got some great stuff from the SF marketplace. The madras, in particular, might be my new favorite summer shirt.

Glad you like the B&S items, especially the Madras shirt! And I grabbed the Dusty Pink Linen as well, great minds and all that.

I'm a solid 38/M and the 38 blouson fits me well. It's meant to be cropped and somewhat fitted. I had a similar Valstar that was closer to the 40 measurements and it billowed at the sides, which made it look frumpy.

Here's a crappy pic from this morning:

I am solidly between a 40 and 42 in most suits and sportscoats (I take a 41 when it's available) and I went with the 42 blouson and it fits me perfectly. It gives me enough room to wear over a pretty substantial sweater but isn't so roomy that it looks billowy or sloppy. I think I could actually fit into a 40 but I have a feeling it would be considerably too short in the back, and by no means am I a tall guy.

Any plans to offer the slip on in any rtw models? I remember there was one announced last year but I don't think it ever dropped.

@jrs311 yup, we've got two styles are are actually finished... black smooth calfskin and cognac hand-woven leather. They're freaking awesome. I'm just waiting on some other stuff to finish up so that we can ship it all together. Black calf is going to be $195, and the woven leather.. I'm not sure.. maybe $245? Leather is a lot more expensive, but obviously quite baller.

@notmandatory the new shirts look awesome.. thanks for picking them up! We set up a drop shipment program with Individualized which really cut down on production time. Customers get them directly from the factory rather than waiting for them to ship to NY and then be unpacked, re-boxed, and re-shipped. We're able to get finished product into your hands in around 3-4 weeks generally.

Great pickups from the marketplace too! I loved that OG Ashland shirt. All of our early editions were done with leftover Thom Browne fabric, the oxford cloth on those was really incredible.

@unclegrigori it's definitely a slim fit. If you're wearing our 38 Southwick jacket then you might be able to do a 38 in the Blouson, but our jackets run fairly slim. If you're typically a 38 in most brands, then I'd advise a 40 in the Blouson. If it's big on you, it won't be big by much, and that's a style that works with a bit of room. It's nice to layer too.

Grabbed the White Khyber Cloth Walts and Navy Snuff Suede Slip-Ons. Looking forward to pairing them together.

Also, I picked up six linen and cotton-linen Individualized shirts today at the Manhattan store -- all excellent, including three Canclini Cotton-Linen Denim Twills and the Tobacco Brushed Cotton-Linen Check. But I was really stunned by the Speckled Pure Linens. They're outrageously soft and have a ton of visual interest. Do not sleep on them. They're some of the best warm-weather shirts I've seen. David in store was also pretty stunned when I put them on. I picked up the Robin's Egg Blue and the Dusty Pink, both excellent, and am considering going back for the other two. I was thinking walking out of the store, "Well I'll just have to find a way to wear yellow once I pick up the other two."

Mike is the Suede MA-1 sizing the same as the suede Blouson jacket. I had tried the 44/54 last year and unfortunately the sleeves were way too short. By the way, the suede on the jacket was fantastic.

Okay, so this is maybe the worst preview pic ever: but in summary - we freaking nailed the "Jiro Dreams of Sushi" look! One piece collar, huge French facing. That same big generous roll on the collar. Slim MOP buttons, gorgeous Thomas Mason Silver fabric. Crazy good value at $165.

I ran this sample shirt through an aggressive wash to shrink-test it, that's why its a wrinkled mess here.

The best thing about this shirt is wearing it open under a jacket. It looks so sharp with one or two chest buttons undone. The placket lays like nothing else.

Now, this has to be made OTR and in Portugal.. Individualized cannot make this collar. In order to make it more formal, I'm thinking about taking out both the box pleat and the darts for this. What do you guys think?

Hey Mike, did this go to production? Any hints of what fabric, and any eta?
