The post is a bit dated but any fit pics on this tux? How does the fit compare to the Tenero and/or Tipo?

Need to double check, but 99% sure it's a Tipo. Fits well IMO, though I still do prefer the Sal to the UAB. Took the same size (38) as my other Tipo (double breasted blackwatch dinner jacket) and Tenero (wool, linen, silk).

I got this season's drawstring pants yesterday. They look awesome.

Does anyone know if they'll shrink at all in the wash? I can't lose any room in the seat. Also, does anyone actually use the tiny pockets?

The linen drawstring pants? I didn't take measurements but there's only a little bit of shrinkage after low tumble dry and I thought any noticeable shrinkage stretched back out easily after wearing/ironing. There was definitely a shrinkage in the length though. I'd imagine without tumble dry, there should be much shrinkage at all.

Awesome, thanks.

Hmmm, that pullover that appears to be dark red striped in the photo is interesting. Looking forward to details on that.

This is the reincarnation of the Righe popover from the In Esilio collection, this time cut in a Japanese Burgundy/orange feeder stripe boucle. The silhouette is a riff on a French fisherman's pullover, but with a stand up collar, instead of the classic sailor's long collar. This fabrication wasn't sold so the only chance to grab it will be in the NY sample sale.

Finally got my hands on the hopsack wool Tenero I ordered from Saks a couple weeks ago.
Hot take:
1- It's a 54 but I actually kind of wonder if they cut everything one size too small and just labeled it wrong. That Solaro was the same way. This is actually slightly more snug in the shoulders than my 52 Tenero from 2015, but overall it fits very similarly.
2- Middle button came off almost immediately lol, but I'm thinking that, assuming I hold onto it, I'll swap out the buttons (thinking smoke MOP or brown horn—any votes?)
3- Man I love the Tenero cut when it's done right. Just perfect for almost everything, IMO.

I'll try to post a pic later.
