Antonio, do you think with living in S. Fl. that I'd get much use from the NMWA "Sam" trousers.

NMWA says they are "medium weight" but I don't know how that translates to my weather down here. To me, my Big John jeans are medium weight.

I have a pair of Schneider moleskin trousers which are thick/warm wearing. Are they thicker/warmer wearing than moleskin?

Thanks!

Anyone here buy a pair of them?

Definitely not as heavy as moleskin - that said its essentially a gutsy chino. Think original US Army Crammerton cloth but with texture.

Thanks. The Army Crammerton analogy was very helpful.

I've seen another SF vendor is selling a Crammerton chino and theirs is year round 9 oz so I'll assume I can nearly get that down here. My only concern is the higher rise. But at 6'1", hopefully it'll be looking good.

Mr. Hooman is killing it wearing that oatmeal? cashmere sweater. Man that looks great. Perfect actually.

Am I crazy or has that asymmetrical gray topcoat not hit any store yet? I remember seeing it waaaay back when the first shots of the collection showed up but nothing for sale. Who has it/will have it?

No Man had the exclusive and I don't believe its hit yet but I do believe its coming though. Just a heads up though, its actually a really dusty army green, not gray. One of the most beautiful colors I've ever seen.

The oatmeal cashmere sweater is amazing. Wish I had a grand to drop on it. Great collection and lookbook, as always.

The S&C is simply too long for me (I get that the belted cardi is also long, but it's a different style). I'm 5'9'' and it's well past my hands- very "outerwear" and less "innerwear". I'm an XS from NMWA. I look like Clark Griswald from Christmas Vacation.

Any sizing advice for the belted cardigan? I searched back in the thread and there was no solid conclusion. I've never tried on Eidos knitwear but I'm a 52 in most brands.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
