I looked through pages of google images searching with these keywords and didn't find them.

Wouldn't these have the dior branding on the sides?

the shah's glasses are probably real horn , i'm not sure how far op wants to go to get these specs but i'd def look around 70s dior for an optyl version . not sure what to say about your research ?

as far as branding i'm sure the logo plate is removable

After almost an hour of searching using Google, Etsy, eBay and many other random sites, me and my buddy finally found the model.

We initially thought it was a major brand name and we came empty-handed; we decided that like everything else he owned, it had to be a small bespoke manufacturer.

Initially it looked very similar to Metzler designs, but it was too square to be a Metzler. At this point it was clear that it must be a German brand as the general language of the design was dominant in German brands.

Finally, after further research, it became apparent that it is made by "Menrad", particularly "Menrad 1670". We don't know the material, but I am sure you guys can figure it out.

I attached an illustration showing the design being an identical match minus the material!

I came across this post back in 2021 and the question came up tonight and I had to figure it out and I was successful! As of this moment, there are none for sale. Last one sold was listed in the link below:
