Do I owe a piece of my commission to an admin staffer?

here's what I do - I bring the admins and the office staff candy pretty much every trip, I give them small christmas presents - I try to get stuff that costs me little but it more valuable to them, like alpaca scarves from chile, for instance. I take the admins out to lunch once a year or so, and I take the whole office staff and tech training people out for a drink once a year. in a previous job, when I closed a big deal I bought presents worth about 200 bucks for a handful of people who had contributed to the deal and weren't on a commision plan.

here's the thing, people who aren't on commision always assume that you make a fortune, and they never understand that all the pressure and stress is on you. but you need their help.

Do You Consider Sustainability When Purchasing Clothes?

  • Always - Sustainability is a top priority in all my clothing purchases.

  • Often - I frequently consider sustainability, but it isn't the main factor in my decisions.

  • Rarely - I seldom consider sustainability when purchasing clothes.

  • Never - Sustainability is not a factor I consider in my clothing choices.
