This week I am starting a cut. I will be going from 185 to 165, and hopefully evening out my proportions in the process (skinny upper body ~35 inch chest, much fatter legs ~22 inch thighs). After this I will do a clean bulk.

I am 6'3".

Program: Rippetoe's starting strength

Initial Diet Plan:
2200 calories
- 800 calories from 5 servings of my 20g/serving protein drink with water and 1 tablespoon of seasame oil (I will be buying a better protein powder with 25g/serving after I finish this disguisting cookies and cream favor). Also taking two multivitamins a day.
- 1400 calories from a wide varieties of meats, veggies, and fruits. maybe one or two whole wheat buns a day, have not decided on my diet. I just finished exams and will be moving out, so taking the next two days to research my meal plan for this cut.
Two cheat meals a week initially, I have never strictly controlled my diet before before so I will see how cheat meals help me.

In three weeks, I will reduce to 1900 calories and three weeks after that to 1600 calories.

Any comments/feedback would be appreciated. I am looking for a protein powder that mixes well with water and does not make me want to puke.

I'm curious what 'why' or Eason would suggest, but if I were you, I would eat maintenance and try to increase all my SS lifts. That should suffice if you are below a bw bench and 1.5xbw squat.
