Conservative Suit for Law Firm Interviews -- BB or an Alternative?

Thanks for the interview tips, all. And I agree, Troilus –Â it would be a mistake to waste too much time and energy on the suit thing. I'm just going to go with the 39R that I purchased recently. Were time no object, the optimal move might well be getting the 38R and having it extensively tailored to fit, but I think the 39R is probably a perfectly fine compromise. (Although I don't like the denting in the shoulders...I guess that might just be a matter of it being pressed or not, though? I'll figure it out.) I'm not usually a details-obsessed everything-must-be-perfect type, I do sometimes get a bit of this going on: http://xkcd.com/761/ (On the plus side, I think my couple weeks of obsession with this issue has significantly increased my initially-nonexistent understanding of men's formalwear.) Anyway, just need to pick out some white shirts with the right kind of collar or whatever, get a good couple ties, and all set. The 39R HF is supposed to be ready for pickup tomorrow. It'll be nice to be done with this.
