This is a bit of a rant - for context I do have a previously purchased pair of MTO shoes from them that turned out great - took 7 months to arrive - I'm totally fine with long waits for bargain priced MTO of good quality.
But their inability to answer emails has really driven me over the edge - I've been trying since May 2024 to order another MTO pair of shoes with over a dozen emails and Whatsapp calls. They seem to start responding and just mysteriously stop. I checked my spam filter a million times to make sure I'm not crazy.
Why does a company that produces such a fine product have such an impossible time responding to emails??? Is this normal for everyone else also trying to order MTO???
