After 3 years of ownership, I still absolutely love my pair of Church's Lanark. The fit is absolutely perfect on me and I really like the walnut Nevada calf. If I could only keep one pair of shoes in my collection, it would have to be these. (Close second for my C&J Pembroke brogues though).

They scrub up nicely with a layer of Saphir wax too

Consul, Diplomat, Chetwynd.

These are on the standard 173 last. Just want to confirm that if I bought those in the same size that they would all fit the exact same ?

Do churchs come in D fitting ?

Seen a pair of used Diplomat on eBay which are 75D73 printed on the inside.

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can tell me which model this is. It looks like 'Alain'. They are a cap toe Oxford and unusually are on the 103 last.

Thanks

they have consul in nevada and calf. I think they also have consul in polished binder but very rarely. I have consul in black calf, the 173 last in my opinion is the best looking last church's have. If you plan to wear them for black tie party perhaps it is best to choose the polished binder, but if you want quality, I would suggest to go with the nevada or calf leather. My consul in calf have mate black colour and need wax polish to make them shine. I prefer calf leather, they are more durable and you can always mirror polish them when needed.

Does the length of the outsole increase when you go up in width fitting for a size or does it stay the same.?
