Maybe a bit more luxury than Camry? say 55-60k? Not a huge fan of 5 series or E which are way too big for a midsize.
Second rec for Audi S4/S5 or BMW M340iThe current Audi A4/5 and BMW 3 Series are the sweet spot for size IMO. BMW 5 series is massive. If you are looking for a step up in performance, the S4/S5 and BMW M340i both have a 3L, 6 cylinder turbo vs the 4 cylinder turbo on the standard A and 3 Series. The current gen M340i just got a facelift for 2025. The Audi & BMW offer a ton of performance for a sedan in their sport models.

One owner says the black plastic door trim pieces were "so hot that it would give you a burn" on a 54-degree day.www.thedrive.com
Maybe @Piobaire shouldn’t get the new GX
Everyone I know who's tried a Genesis has loved itLexus ES or Genesis whatever they're called. The midsize sedan is a dying class since everyone just gets a compact SUV or CUV instead of a midsize sedan.
get a hard top - so much quieterjeep needs a new soft top . have an appt with the dealer service folks but they recommend that I buy the part .
any reco's ? stick with OEM equivalent or get something else ?
It seems like all of the manufacturers should consider making fewer, higher quality models.
I parked next to one at the ski mountain a few days ago. I took a peek inside and can confirm the cup holders have enough space for Piob's Big Dumb Cups. It was too cold for interior plastics to melt so didn't notice anything like that.Lexus GX Owners Report Their Shiny New SUVs Are Melting in the Sun
