I like the look of the new electric Porsche Macan. Think that’s going to be a big seller for them.

I love those wheels. It's the only OEM wheel that even slightly resembles the cool old Fuchs wheels but I never see them on the road.

There is an $8K carbon wheel option if you want lightweight wheels.

The forged Manthey magnesium wheels are $22K for a set!! It’s crazy but they offer a 10kg weight savings so it’s well worth it for spirited driving around your metropolitan area.

I wonder if Affirm would allow you to pay monthly for something like this. Imagine some guy needs affirm for a $20 tshirt and gets approved but you magnesium wheels for weight savings are denied

It’s clearly discriminatory lending. I believe in fambly and deserve a 10 second car with an XL wing. Magnesium wheels are essential and are my god given right. I’ll see you guys at Racewars.

I scheduled a service on the Porsche and my wife wants to drive the loaner. Little does she know I scheduled the service after looking at her work calendar so she won't have time to drive the loaner before I get my car back. I had the feeling she would want to trade into a Macan even if it is just a base...

These youngins have it so easy nowadays…harrumph! What happened to the days when you starved yourself to afford rims and exhaust…

But seriously, I had a group of childhood friends who spent their entire paychecks on mods and just starved the whole time. The whole meme about eating Top Ramen so my Teg can have Volks and Trust exhaust was quite literally written about us, lolz

I Just got back from Vegas where I got the chance to drive a bunch of silly cars at Speed Vegas, including the peak Porsche 911 GT3 RS, with the giant wing. I have to admit to being a bit nervous, but it went really well and my times were better than I expected. My fastest lap was in the Ferrari 488GTB, followed by the GT3 RS which was a massive surprise. The Porsche found the end of my talent very quickly and was really challenging for me to drive, so I didnt think I was going very fast. On the other hand, the Cayman GT4 RS felt magical to drive and I was the most comfortable/ had the most enjoyable experience. Despite having much less horsepower, the GT4 turned in a close third lap time to the GT3.

All in all, a pretty amazing experience and the above plus 3 other cars I drove will not soon be forgotten.

This guy allegedly (self-reported) lost $900K on the Niners and let his wife drive his GT3 yesterday.

If you’re already on a losing streak, why gamble with your life by handing over the keys to your wife?
