Has anybody experienced any issues with the lining on a pair of Carmina boots? I've owned a pair of boots for about 3 years now. Lining seems to be falling apart where the shoe tree hits it. Rather upsetting... View attachment 2182813

Never had this issue. Seems more like a shoe tree issue to me - might be too long / weirdly shaped given all the wear and tear across the entire heel area.

I was thinking the same. Which is equally frustrating as I am using Carmina's own shoe trees. And that was supposed to extend the life of my shoes. Not destroy the lining...

Which Saphir creme is recommeded for Carmina's vegano leather in burgundy? I'm a bit in between Mahogony, Hermes Red and Burgundy.
I've been happy with Mahogany. The Hermes Red is too, well, red, and the Burgundy is too purple.

I am taking a trip to Spain at the end of June. I am planning to try Carmina shoes for the first time to see which last will fit me the best (I have a narrow foot and heel). I see there are stores in both Madrid and Barcelona. Can anyone recommend one over the other?

I have been to both shops, and the shop in Madrid, on Calle Claudio Coello, is much larger than the shop in Barcelona, with a larger selection of styles.

Hi so after ordering these from early April during the MTO event, they finally came today 5/31, just a few days shy of the promised 60 days. Very happy about that. The boots are fantastic, nearly flawless I would say. There are some (very few) very very small skin imperfections but hey shell is an animal skin so I am ok with it :)

This is 80186 UK8.5. The fit is very good but the heel isn't as snug as I remembered from trying on the calf version in the store (actually feels like the rain last heel). I'm not too worried b/c shell shouldn't stretch as much as calf. As soon as my wife looked at it she now wants the female version as well so that might happen in Oct! Thanks for reading and certainly thanks and kudos to Carmina for coming thru!

Just wanted to add that stitching is very tight and even. I never noticed but carmina apparently uses single stitching for the gussets while all my other chelseas (even a sub $100 pair from bloomies) uses double stitching. Maybe Carmina uses really strong threads and uber strong glue lol.
