Here's my Carmina jumper boots in shell cordovan, one year on.

Most likely easiest to get from carmina? I know C&J uses a mid brown colour lace on some boots that's really close to that cognac cordovan.

I'm planning on buying a few sets of Alden flat laces though, they look really sharp

Really? Excellent. I just hope Carmina doesn't try to tack on shipping later on as someone else mentioned. With free shipping that will at least lessen the blow of possible import duties.

Not sure how they could try to tack it on later, given that I paid with PayPal. If they try to charge me shipping, I will cancel the order and request a refund.

Free shipping over 250 euro means free shipping over 250 euro...

I got hit with 40 euros shipping yesterday, so I think it expired.

I saw that post too, but I'm not sure how they could actually charge me shipping, since I paid with PayPal. And like I said, if they tried to, I would just cancel the order. The invoice says free shipping, so they have to abide by that.
