Item not received case. Stayed an extra day in Chicago for some reason, delivered a day after the eBay promised date. Closed the case on ebay, now a case on PayPal. I don't understand why they allowed it. The tracking already showed received when he submitted the case. Either that, or he opened both an ebay and PP case, and possibly a case with his financial institution on the same day, and now the CC company finally got to PP with the info.
