Brioni Shoes - Who makes this shoe?

So I was able to snag a pair of the Brioni shoes below for $275. (see this link to the listing on vente privee which is basically liquidating everything) There's still time to cancel my order so I'm hoping someone here can let me know who makes them. Seem's like theyre definitely worth more than $275. No? Thanks in advance!

They look well made, but unsure about the leather. Can't tell whether it's full grain or corrected?

Also, I thought Brioni made their shoes in house?
