I really liked this one, actually so much as to buy a second bottle when I saw one pop up at my local Specs. Really hard pressed to find a Booker's batch that isn't solid.

Nice, always loved that area and nowhere near as crowded or overrun with tourists like Sevier County/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. One of these days I may sell our place and try to find something down that way

Blue Ridge definitely gets busy on the weekends, but still pretty cool. We’re about a 30min drive from there on 75 acres, so pretty remote. Have several good neighbors just a quick drive away. I try to get out at least once or twice a year.

Had the rare opportunity (around here) to pick up a single barrel EC. I've never had the regular small batch before, so got a bottle of that at the same time to compare. Did a side by side taste tester - both great, but the Single Barrel is really excellent.

When Dickel is good, its an unbelievable value and amazing. But when it gets that mineral note, I have to pour it out or give it away. Such variance.
