Just picked up the b520. Supposed to be really good. Love that they keep the 12 year age statement on the barrel proof as well.Beam recently raised the MSRP on Booker's to ninety bucks a bottle. That confirms my loyalty to Elijah Craig Barrel Proof, at twice the age and 2/3 the price.

Unless you can regularly find pappy at that price it’s not really a fair comparison...I mostly passed when they raised the price to $70+ a few years back. Will definitely pass at $90. The last bottle of Old Rip Van Winkle set me back about the same, and it was a good bit better.

If we’re using theoretical pricing that has no bearing on me actually being able to buy, I wouldn’t pay $90, I’d pay $70 for it (2019 MSRP).It's a fair comparison in the sense that I'd pay $90 for ORVW, not $90 for Booker's. How's that?
