The drawing seems weird; the rules don't seem to indicate that is part of the process. It seems like there are 4 time-based prizes (3 Birkins, 1 $500 shopping "spree"
; the first participant after the randomly selected times wins. Then, you just have to comply with the balance of the rules. Perhaps that's what they need you to do, not enter another drawing.
Let us know what happens.
