I think that with any measure short of proscription lists, the government just isn't doing enough to help the average family out.

Indeed. He needs to hold a summit on capital allocation and then create an office specifically for that reason, with an appointed czar and various staffers. Just my opinion.

Except that he runs an investment firm and the government runs... oh the whole country. But it would be interesting to see.

Well you can see it now with the Gates Foundation, the largest charitable fund in the world run by people who have worked very successfully in the business world.
